同轴电缆以太网(EoC)设备:
当数字电视能实现交互式、多业务、多功能、提供个性化服务的需求时，数字电视才能被广大的用户所接受. 有鉴于此,旭捷电子于日前推出同轴电缆的以太网 (Ethernet over Coax), EOC-010x 系列.
EOC-010x系列是一套点对多点的解决方案. 它有效的扩展10/100以太网电路透过现有的有线电视的同轴电缆, 其传输距离在800公尺 (2623呎)时, 还有160Mbps的传输速率. 在既有的同轴电缆环境下无须额外的布建,即可从过去的低速通讯升级至以太网络. 本系列产品分局端/客户端装置. EOC-010xM 是局端装置同时提供桥接的功能. 它可同时与高达32个客户端装置, EOC-010xS, 连接于同一条同轴电缆上. 有别于现有其它厂牌的点对点的连接方式 .
产品特色 (Features)
- 同轴电缆的以太网 (Ethernet over Coax,EOC)
- 点对多点 (Point-to-MultiPoints, 1:32) : 同一同轴电缆可同时接高达32个客户端装置
- 传输速率 (Rate): 160Mbps at 800M (2426feet) or 32Mbps at 1200M (4000 feet)
- 两个10/100Base-T以太网接口及两个F-Type同轴电缆接口(一个给有线电视使用, 另一个给同轴电缆的以太网接口使用)
- 即插即用(Plug-n-Play)便于安装和设定
- 可以针对不同用户对宽带上网的需求,而提供不同速率的服务
